A transmedial family meeting – Motion Comics introduced digital technology and interactive tools into the ninth art. Consequently it is time to take a look at another relative: the exhibition presents computer games that have a close connection to the aesthetic, contents or formal means of comic strips. A range of concepts, experiments, prototypes and finished games are on display. Some are brand-new and developed in a comic project of the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste, the others have long since written game history. Insights into the architecture of both media are guaranteed. The audience is invited to play and to form their own opinions about the family ties. If you are a programmer yourself, you can also participate in a workshop. In collaboration with the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste.
